​Having worked in a funeral home, I understand just how deeply emotional and sensitive these moments can be. I bring compassion, care, and a steady presence to support families through such a difficult time with kindness and respect. It's never an easy time and there's alot to take in while you're going through the emotions of losing someone you love.

Funerals can take many different forms, and there are a range of ways to farewell a loved one. It’s about creating a service that genuinely reflects, remembers, and honours the life that has been lived, in a way that feels right for family and friends.

I will then arrange a time to meet with you (and anyone you would like to include) to talk through your wishes and all the important details.

Following our meeting, I will write the ceremony and send it to you for review and we can work together to ensure it works for you.​

On the day, I will be there to welcome your guests, lead the ceremony, and offer calm, supportive guidance throughout the service.

Timing:​
The length of a funeral can depend on the chapel you've booked it at, however they can extend the time (to a double time slot) if needed. Usually bookings are for around 30-45 minutes. If its a venue you've booked independently, it may differ.
Location:
If you are using a Funeral Director, normally they will help you with the location, and I would just attend as your Celebrant. If however, you are not using a Funeral Director, I will guide you with other options.

Who does the Eulogy?
The eulogy can be delivered in a number of ways, whether I present it in full, guide parts of it, or share the space with friends and family who may wish to contribute specific memories. ​

Do you do pet funerals?
I can definitely do a pet memorial service for you. Having lost a few beautiful animals over the past years, I understand the grief and hurt this causes, and how they play such a special part in your family.
